An F+/F++Sinistrofulgur sinistrum 6 ½” or 162.84mm. w/o Hollister. 1958 Collected on sand bar live buried partially in the sand at -0.5 low tide at night in Dec 1976. Sundial Beach Resort, Lee County, Sanibel Island, Florida. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin. This shell hasn't been collected live since the shelling ban of 1994.  

Carolinapecten urbannaensis 1 1/4” or 30.92mm. Mansfield 1929-Extinct Ultra-Rare Collected in the Port Charlotte Member of the Bayshore Formation in 2007. Burnt Store Pit, Cape Coral, Florida. Messinian Miocene 5.3-6.3 M.Y.A. Collected and Identified by: Melanie Briskin Shell cemented together by matrix but complete. A few Minor nicks are usual. These are Ultra-Rare without a lot of damage.

Piacenzian Pliocene 3.0-3.6 M.Y.A. Coll: Melanie Briskin Really superb specimen with protoconch and the normal minor nicks. Collected the last day this pit mined fossil shell!
