F+/nearly F++ Perisserosa guttata azumai 2” or 49.51mm. Schilder, 1960 Trawled by Chinese Fishermen at 200 meters deep in the 1990’s South China Seas, Xiamen, China.  Probably Dead Taken.   

An F++ Mauritia grayana 2 ¾’ or 67.17mm. Duclos,1833 Collected by a diver from 8-10 meters in 2004 Samar Island, Philippines. 

Hippopus hippopus 4 5/8” or 118.12mm. Linne, 1758-Decorative Bear Claw Clam Collected by fishermen in the 1970’s on mixed bottom. Punta Engano, Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines. This is a nice decorative specimen.   

An F+/Near F++Vexillum citrinum 2 3/4” or 70.62mm. Sowerby, 1828-Magnificent.Obtained from Local Fishermen from Unknown depth in the 2000’s. Toliara, Madagascar.

An F/F+ Amusium pleuronectes 3 1/8” or 77.56mm. Linne, 1758 Trawled on sand bottom at 30-40 meters by fishermen in 2000’s Singapore. Valves looked edged or smoothed as they usually are if there are no chips in the valve. However, very pretty pair and great displayability.   

Siphocypraea (Seminolecypraea)trippeana 2 1/8” or 53.30mm. Parodiz, 1988-Extinct Collected in the Pinecrest Member (Petuch Unit 7) of the Tamiami Formation in 2022. Found in a lake site being dug for a land site. Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida. Piacenzian Pliocene 3.0-3.4 M.Y.A. Collector: BH#3. Identified by Melanie Briskin.
