Siphocypraea (Seminolecypraea) micanopy 1 7/8” or 47.59mm. Petuch & Drolshagen, 2011. Ultra-Rare. Collected in the Buckingham Member (Petuch Unit 10) of the Tamiami Formation in the 1990’s. Quality Aggregates #6 Piacenzian Pliocene 3.4-3.6 M.Y.A. Collected and Identified by: Melanie Briskin.   

Carolinapecten(eboreus) walkerensis 3 ¾” or 97.40mm. Tucker, 1934-Extinct Rare Collected in the Buckingham Member (Petuch Unit 10) of the Tamiami Formation in July. 2021. Lake being dug on land site, Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, Piacenzian Pliocene 3.4-3.6 M.Y.A. Collector: to be furnished to the buyer of the fossil. Identified by: Melanie Briskin. A very rare shell in great condition.   

Pterorhytis conradi 1 ¼” or 31.29mm. Dall, 1890-Extinct Juvenile Variant Collected in the Chowan River Formation in 2016 Lee Creek Mine, Aurora, Beaufort County North Carolina. Piacenzian Pliocene 2.58-3.0 M.Y.A. Collector: Eric Prokopi. Identified by: Melanie Briskin. and a bonus mollusk tiny drill started. A wonderfully preserved specimen.   

Two F++/NG Canarium rugosum (2) 29.38mm & 29.8mm. Sowerby I, 1825. Collected at low tide in silty sand and weeds on 1981. Vava’a Tonga. Collector: Unknown.   

Melongena corona 2 3/4” or 71.34mm. w/o Gmelin, 1791 Collected on mudflats in grass and sand at low tide in 1979. Blind Pass, Lee County, Sanibel Island, Florida. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin   

Two F+ juvenile Cymatium (Monoplex) vestitum (2) 22.81mm & 27.36mm. Hinds,1844. Collected at low tide under rocks in June 1994 Panama Beach, Guanacaste Province, Northwest, Costa Rica.   

Two Near Gem to Gem Americoliva sayana (2) 45.58mm &44.40mm. Ravenel,1834 Low tide in sand in the 1980’s. Mullet Key, Ft Desoto Park, St Petersburg, Florida.   

Chicoreus floridanus 1 7/8” or 47.35mm. E. Vokes,1965-Extinct 7 Fronds Superb. Collected in the Pinecrest Member (Petuch Unit 7) of the Tamiami Formation on 02/02/94. Quality Aggregates 6, Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida. Piacenzian Pliocene 3.0-3.4 M.Y.A. Collector: To be furnished to the buyer of the fossil. Mollusk drill in body is a bonus. Very rare 7 frond specimen!!!  

Dinocardium robustum 4 1/4” or 105.87mm. Lightfoot, 1786 Fossil Exceptional Collected in the Belle Glade Member of the Bermont Formation on June 24th, 2001.Palm Beach Aggregates Pit, Loxahatchee Florida, Palm Beach County, Florida. Chibanian Pleistocene 126,000-400,000 Years Old. A beautiful fossil pair with markings on the shell and just exceptional.

Siphocypraea (Lokossea) wigginsi 2 3/4” or 68.43mm. Petuch & Drolshagen 2011-Rare Extinct Collected in the Bee Branch Member of the Caloosahatchee Formation in 2004. Brantley Pit, Arcadia, DeSoto County, Florida. Gelasian Pleistocene 2.0-2.2 M.Y.A. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin There is some minor color and pattern and noted which is rare for a wigginsi and nice size.

Petuch, 1994-Extinct Ultra-Rare Collected in the Golden Gate Member (Petuch Unit 3 Equivalent, Upper Beds) on 03/21/2021.Bonita Grande Aggregates Pit, Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida. Piacenzian Pliocene 2.58-3.0 M.Y.A. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin. Rare in the Golden Gate Member.   

An F++ Siratus articulatus 1 5/8” or 40.88mm. Reeve, 1845 Dredged at 150-250’over sand and some mixed bottom in the 1970's Southwest of Puerto Rico   

A Near-Gem to Gem Pseudozonaria annetae 1 5/8” or 38.59mm. Dall, 1909.Divers at 3 meters around rocks in 1999. Guaymas, West, Mexico.   

An F++/NG Eupleura nitida (2) 17.18mm &14.29mm. Broderip, 1833 Collected under rocks by snorkel diver at 2-3 meters in 2010. Gobenadora Island, West Panama. operculum lost   

 A nearly F++ Acesta rathbuni 6 1/8” or 155.79mm. Bartsch, 1913-“Gorgeous Tangle Nets at 200- 250 meters in 2010.Bohol Island, Philippines   

Four F++/NG Theodoxus luteofasciatus (4) 13.98mm,13.56mm, 12.98mm,12.35mm. Miller, 1879 Collected on rocks at 2 meters in the 1970’s.Guaymas, West Mexico. Lovely!   

Epitonium scalare 1 ¾” or 46.26mm. Linne, 1758 Trawled from deeper waters in 2016. Nha Trang, Vietnam. Collector: local fishermen. This specimen has nice little or no damage to the whorl’s it is one of the better we’ve seen. Lost operculum.
