An F++ Ceratostoma foliatum 2 5/8” or 65.63mm. w/o. Gmelin, 1791 Collected on and around Barnacles on rocks by diver at unknown depth in 2005.Tacoma Narrows, Washington State.   

An F+ Sinustrombus latissimus 7 ¾” or 198.54mm. Linne, 1758-“Very Large Adult” Native Vietnamese Fishermen.Ly Son Island, Vietnam. Usual lip chips up top but just a really beautiful specimen.   

An F++Hypocassis fimbriata 3 ¾” or 95.07mm. Quoy & Gaimard, 1833.Trawled at 20 meters by fishermen in 2010. Great Australian Bight, South Australia. Areal beauty with a tiny, chipped area on the bottom left of the parietal shield.   

An F++Hastula lanceata 2” or 51.39mm. Linne, 1767 Collected by local diver at unknown depth in the 1970’s Solomon Islands.

An F+ Strombus alatus 3 5/8” or 88.63mm. Gmelin, 1791-Adult Collected on a sand bar -0.2 low at low tide in March 1979 Sundial Beach Resort, Lee County, Sanibel Island, Florida. Nice thick adult. Live shells like this can no longer be collected since the ban in 1994.   

17518 An F+/F++ Sinistrofulgur sinistrum 5 ¾” or 147.84mm. w/o Hollister. 1958 Collected on sand bar live buried partially in the sand at -0.5 low tide at night in Dec 1976. Sundial Beach Resort, Lee County, Sanibel Island, Florida. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin. This shell hasn't been collected live since the shelling ban of 1994.

An F++ Near-Gem Fissurella radiosa 1” or 26.03mm. Lesson, 1831 Taken on large rocks at extreme low tide in February,2009. Punta Colorada, Rio Negro, Argentina.   

Cyclophorus daranganicus(2) 28.15mm. w/o & 28.10mm. Hidalgo,1888 Landsnail around shrubbery, ground trees etc. Quezon N.P, Luzon, Philippines. Large one with operculum. Collector: Proestler.
